Adult Camp

Here at Red Buffalo, it is our main priority to keep both riders and horses safe. Due to this we only take a max of 25 campers each session. We want to make sure each camper has a positive and enjoyable experience here at camp. This limit gives us the ability to provide each camper with a one on one experience with their own horse. Because of this, we recommend early application to ensure your spot is secure. If you do not acquire your desired session of camp in time, we will be happy to add you to our waitlist and continue to update you if a spot opens up.

This camp is unsurpassed in quality and instructional value. Minimum age to attend is 18 and there IS NO MAX AGE. It consists of individual 1 week sessions starting in June and only lasts for two weeks.. Only a maximum of 25 campers are accepted into each session. Each camper is assigned a personal horse for which they will be responsible for the duration of the camp. The responsibilities include learning how to care, feed, groom, and clean up after their horses. Campers are also taught to saddle up their horse before they head out to ride as well as the proper way to ride. Campers are also taught the anatomy of the horse, popular breeds, and proper terms relating to horses. Our Summer Camp boasts many repeat Campers that return to us year after year! The majority of our Trail Guides and Counselors attended our Summer Camp before becoming employees. At the end of the session unwind with a beverage of your choice. Please remember to pack dinner and drinks as this would not be provided. This is a great experience to learn and make new friends along the way. You are never to old to learn how to ride a horse. At the end of the night unwind with dinner and sitting by the camp fire and socialize among others.
